It's a great day when you never see your sled![/caption]Everyone here with Mountain Skillz hopes that you had a Merry Christmas! The snow has been piling up recently here in southern Colorado. What better way to start the season than riding handlebar deep snow for a week! (CLICK FOR VIDEO) Our first two workshop groups enjoyed the deep dry powder Wolf Creek is famous for. Each day, the biggest challenge was not getting stuck. We all spent our fair share of time digging sleds out, with a smile of course. Due to a later than anticipated snowfall start, we are discounting all remaining December dates by $100. There are still a few spots available for the final week of 2012 and we would be happy to see you on the mountain and help you become a safer, more prepared, and better rider. You can get more information about signing up by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or visiting our BOOKING PAGE. We are excited and ready for our first Intro to Avalanche Safety Course with our partners from the Wolf Creek Avalanche School that will take place January 3rd and 4th. There is more information on future courses on the SERVICES page of our website. Please enjoy a few pictures of our riding and conditions from the past week. See you on the snow!
